Accessoire UPS Delta EMS1000000

The Delta EMS1000000 is an accessory for Delta UPS systems that provides real-time temperature and humidity monitoring and supports four dry contact inputs. It connects to the UPS SNMP card and offers communication via SNMP, RS232 or RS485. The unit has an LCD display, a compact black housing and is intended for use with multiple Delta UPS series (see compatibility list).

Advantages

The module delivers continuous environmental monitoring for UPS equipment, integrating with existing network management through SNMP and serial interfaces. Four dry inputs allow connection of additional sensors or contact devices. Compact dimensions and standard compliance (CE, EN55022 Class B, EN55024) make it suitable for rack and small-cabinet installations.

Suitable for

• Delta N-series UPS (except N 1kVA)
• Delta R-series UPS
• Delta M-series UPS
• Delta Gaia series UPS
• Delta RT-series UPS
• Delta EH-series UPS
• Delta HPH-series UPS
• Delta NH+ series UPS
• Delta DPH-series UPS

How to use

Connect the EMS1000000 probe to the UPS SNMP card according to the UPS documentation. Configure the communication protocol (SNMP, RS232 or RS485) in the UPS or management software to enable monitoring. Attach required environmental sensors or dry-contact devices to the four dry inputs. Verify LCD readouts and monitor values remotely through the network management system if SNMP is used.

Recommendations

Install the probe in the UPS environment where airflow and ambient conditions represent the equipment’s typical operating environment. Use shielded cabling for serial connections in electrically noisy environments and follow Delta UPS documentation for pinouts and configuration to ensure correct integration.
