Ponceuse BLAUPUNKT OS3010

The BLAUPUNKT OS3010 sander is built for efficient surface finishing across wood, metal, and composite materials. It combines a powerful motor with adjustable speed settings and an ergonomic housing to provide consistent sanding performance. The tool includes an integrated dust extraction interface to reduce airborne particles and simplify cleanup, while its compact form factor supports extended use in both professional and DIY contexts.

Advantages

The machine delivers steady rotational force and variable speed control to match the sanding aggressiveness to the task. Its ergonomic grip and balanced weight distribution minimize operator fatigue during prolonged operation. The dust extraction feature and compatible dust bags or vacuum adapters help maintain a cleaner work area and improve visibility of the sanding surface. The sander is designed for easy abrasive sheet replacement and dependable reliability under typical workshop conditions.

Suitable for

• Flattening and smoothing wooden panels and furniture surfaces
• Removing paint, varnish, or rust from metal parts
• Preparation of composite materials and primers before finishing
• General surface refinement in renovation and carpentry projects

Key specifications

• Powerful electric motor suitable for consistent sanding performance
• Adjustable speed settings for control over material removal rate
• Ergonomic housing with an anti-slip grip for comfortable handling
• Built-in dust extraction port compatible with common workshop vacuums or dust bags
• Compact and balanced design for extended use and access to confined areas
• Simple abrasive attachment mechanism for quick paper changes

How to use

Secure the workpiece and select an appropriate abrasive grade for the material and stage of sanding. Attach the correct abrasive sheet and connect a dust extractor if available. Start the sander on a low speed to establish control, then increase speed as needed while maintaining even pressure and steady movements along the surface. Avoid excessive force: let the machine do the work and keep the base flat to prevent gouging. After sanding, disconnect power, remove abrasive material, and clean the dust port and housing to keep the tool in good working condition.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as dust masks, eye protection, and hearing protection when sanding. Match abrasive grit progression to the finish required, and perform test sanding on a scrap piece when changing materials or abrasive types.
