Porte-documents Franken ITU3HM/5 10 compartiments, noir, pack de 5

The Franken ITU3HM/5 document holder set consists of five black holders, each fitted with ten labeled headers to organize and display sheets clearly. Designed for office and classroom environments, these holders secure pages while keeping them visible and sortable. Each holder can be attached to desks or display surfaces to create an accessible reference area for frequently used documents, schedules, or presentation materials.

Advantages

The holders are compact and provide a consistent layout for quick identification of documents by header. Their black finish offers a neutral, professional look that blends with most furniture and presentation setups. The rigid backing keeps pages flat and readable, while the headers enable simple categorization without additional tools. Supplied as a pack of five, the set allows coordinated organization across multiple workstations or meeting areas.

Suitable for

• Office desks and reception areas for quick-reference documents
• Classrooms and lecture halls to display schedules or handouts
• Meeting rooms and training spaces for presentation notes
• Shared workspaces where team members need immediate access to common documents
• Filing points where temporary document sorting is required

Key specifications

• Color: black
• Headers per holder: ten labeled headers for sorting
• Mounting: suitable for attachment to desks and display surfaces
• Intended use: document organization, display, and quick reference

How to use

Place the document holder on the desired desk edge or display surface and secure it according to the surface type and available fasteners. Use different headers to separate topics, dates, or project names for immediate visual access. When relocating, remove the holder carefully and reattach at the new position to maintain organization continuity.

Recommendations

For durable results, avoid overfilling each holder beyond its recommended sheet capacity and choose compatible surface fasteners if mounting to thin or uneven desks. Regularly update header labels to reflect current content and store unused holders flat to prevent bending.
