How to use

Insert the required batteries into the battery compartment following the polarity indicators. For initial use, test core functions such as power and volume; most compatible Sony devices will respond immediately without additional programming. Ensure there are no obstacles between the remote and the device’s IR sensor and that the batteries are fresh for reliable signal transmission.

Store the remote in a dry, room-temperature environment and replace batteries when response slows. Avoid exposing the infrared emitter to moisture or direct sunlight for extended periods. If multiple Sony devices are present, verify which device’s IR sensor is being targeted when controlling functions to prevent unintended commands.
