How to use

Mount the disc on an angle grinder that supports a 300 mm accessory, ensuring the grinder is disconnected from power while changing the disc. Verify that the disc is securely seated and the retaining flange and nut are tightened according to the grinder manufacturer's instructions. Use appropriate guards, hold the tool with both hands, and allow the disc to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece. Apply steady, even pressure without forcing the disc; let the disc do the cutting. After use, allow the disc to stop spinning completely before setting the tool down.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, and protective clothing. Match disc selection to the material and task; do not use a worn, cracked, or deformed disc. Follow machine-rated speed limits and Bosch and angle grinder manufacturer guidelines for safe operation.
