Agrafeuse Novus B 40

The Novus B 40 stapler is a durable metal stapling tool engineered for high-capacity office use. It staples up to 100 sheets in a single action, providing a reliable solution for frequent stapling tasks. The device has a solid weight of 700 g that contributes to stability during operation and a long service life expected from its metal construction.

Advantages

The stapler offers robust metal housing that resists wear and maintains alignment for consistent performance. Its capacity to fasten large stacks reduces the number of operations needed for thick documents. The mechanism accepts a range of heavy-duty staples (23/6 to 23/13 SUPER), enabling flexible stapling strength depending on paper thickness. The tool's weight and build help ensure precise staple placement with minimal manual force.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the stack of paper squarely beneath the stapling head and press down firmly on the top arm until the staple is fully driven through the sheets. For maximum capacity, ensure papers are aligned and press evenly to reduce misfeeds. To refill staples, open the loading channel according to the stapler's top-cover release and insert a strip of compatible 23/6–23/13 SUPER staples, then close securely before resuming use.

Recommendations

Use staple sizes appropriate for the thickness of the document to avoid jams and incomplete clinching. Periodically check and remove bent staples or debris from the staple path and apply light maintenance to the hinge and mechanism if operation becomes stiff. Store the stapler on a stable surface to preserve alignment and prolong service life.
