Câble d'alimentation Bachmann 356.119 noir 0,5 m C14 C13

The Bachmann 356.119 power cable is a 0.5 m mains lead with a male IEC C14 connector on one end and a female IEC C13 connector on the other. It provides a compact, industry-standard connection for desktop computers, servers, monitors, UPS units and other IT and AV equipment. The short length reduces cable clutter and is suitable where devices are positioned close to power distribution units or power supplies.

Advantages

This power cable offers reliable electrical contact and mechanical stability thanks to standard IEC C13/C14 connectors and robust insulation. The 0.5 m length minimizes excess cabling and improves ventilation and tidiness in rack or desktop setups. Durable construction ensures long service life under normal operating conditions, and compatibility with a wide range of equipment simplifies replacement and installation tasks.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, workstations and monitors to a PSU or power distribution unit
• Powering servers, network switches and small rack equipment in data cabinets
• Replacing worn or lost IEC C13–C14 cables in office and home environments
• Use in AV racks and short-reach power routing behind furniture or equipment

Key specifications

• Connector type: IEC C14 (male) to IEC C13 (female)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Color: black
• Conductor and insulation: mains-grade flexible cable with protective sheath
• Application: mains power connection for IT and AV equipment

How to use

Ensure both the power source and the connected device are switched off before making connections. Insert the IEC C14 plug into the corresponding inlet on a power distribution unit or mains socket module, and connect the IEC C13 connector to the appliance’s power inlet. Verify a secure, fully seated connection on both ends. After connection, restore power and check that the device receives power. Periodically inspect the cable for damage and replace it if any fraying or insulation breaches are found.

Recommendations

Use this 0.5 m Bachmann cable where short, reliable power connections are required. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors, do not route it across sharp edges, and keep it away from heat sources. For permanent or outdoor installations, choose cables and connectors rated for the specific environment and local electrical regulations.
