How to use

Plug one DisplayPort connector into the source device (PC, laptop or media player) and the other connector into the DisplayPort input of the monitor, projector or AV receiver. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click. Configure the display settings on the source device to select the desired resolution and multi-monitor mode if using MST. For stable operation, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the cable run.

Recommendations

For best results, verify that both source and display devices support the required DisplayPort version and content protection (e.g., HDCP) for your intended resolution and protected content playback. When running long cable lengths, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources and secure it with clips or ties to prevent strain on connectors.
