Câble SATA DeLOCK 82473 0,3 m Jaune

The DeLOCK SATA cable (model 82473) is a 0.3 m yellow internal cable designed to connect SATA devices such as HDDs, SSDs or SATA controllers. It follows the SATA II specification and provides secure mechanical retention via metal clips on the connectors for a reliable connection inside a PC.

Advantages

This SATA cable supports data transfer rates up to 3 Gbps according to the SATA II standard. The straight-to-straight connectors include metal locking clips to prevent accidental disconnection. Its 0.3 m length and flexible yellow jacket make routing and cable management in compact system builds easier.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal SATA hard drives (HDD)
• Connecting SATA solid-state drives (SSD)
• Linking SATA controllers or add-in cards to storage devices
• Compact PC builds where a short 0.3 m cable is required

Key specifications

• Standard: SATA II
• Maximum data transfer rate: up to 3 Gbps
• Connector type: straight to straight SATA connectors
• Retention: metal clips on connectors
• Cable length: 0.3 m
• Colour: Yellow

How to use

Power off the computer before connecting the cable. Align the SATA connectors with the corresponding SATA ports on the motherboard, drive or controller and push until the metal clip engages. Ensure the connectors are fully seated to maintain proper data transfer. When removing the cable, press the clip release if needed and pull straight out to avoid damage to the connector or port.

Recommendations

Use this cable for internal SATA connections only. Avoid excessive bending near the connector ends and route the cable away from high-temperature components. Verify SATA port and device compatibility with SATA II speeds; the cable is backward compatible with SATA I and forward compatible with devices that negotiate different link speeds, but actual transfer rate depends on connected devices.
