Cache d'alimentation Inter-Tech 88885605 acier gris 150 mm x 86 mm

The INTER-TECH PSU shroud cover 88885605 in steel grey is a compact metal panel designed to conceal and protect the power supply area inside a PC case. Constructed from 2mm thick steel with a grey finish, the cover measures 150mm x 86mm and weighs approximately 130g. It provides a clean, uniform appearance for the lower compartment of standard-sized cases while adding structural rigidity to the shroud area.

Advantages

The steel construction and 2mm thickness deliver increased durability and resistance to bending compared with thinner alternatives. The grey finish offers a neutral, professional look that integrates with a variety of case interiors. Its compact dimensions make installation straightforward in cases with standard PSU layouts, and the lightweight design avoids adding significant mass to the chassis.

Suitable for

• PC builders seeking to conceal cables and the power supply area
• System builders upgrading case aesthetics with a metal shroud
• Small form-factor and mid-tower cases with standard PSU placement
• Repairs or replacements where the original shroud is damaged or missing

Key specifications

• Material: steel, 2 mm thickness
• Finish: grey
• External dimensions: 150 mm (width) × 86 mm (depth)
• Weight: approx. 130 g
• Compatibility: designed for standard PSU shroud layouts in compatible cases

How to use

Position the shroud cover over the power supply area inside the case, aligning mounting holes or attachment points with the case’s shroud or mounting brackets. Secure the panel using the case’s existing screws or fasteners; if needed, use compatible M3-type screws of appropriate length for a snug fit. Ensure cables are routed and tied off before final mounting to maintain a tidy interior and prevent pinching of cables between the cover and chassis.

Recommendations

Before installation, verify the internal dimensions and mounting points of your case to confirm compatibility. Handle the steel panel with care to avoid scratches to the finish, and use non-magnetic tools when working near components sensitive to magnetism. For cable management, route PSU cables through available cutouts and secure them with ties to keep airflow unobstructed.
