Caisse à outils DeWALT DWST1-71228

The DeWALT DWST1-71228 is a durable plastic tool box engineered to organize small parts and accessories while withstanding everyday workshop use. With external dimensions of 320 mm width, 275 mm depth and 440 mm height, the unit provides a compact but capacious storage solution for hand tools, fasteners and consumables. Its black finish and robust construction are intended to offer practical protection for contents and to integrate easily into mobile tool storage systems or fixed workbench setups.

Advantages

The tool box combines impact-resistant plastic construction with a secure latch system to reduce the risk of accidental opening during transport. Its internal layout is designed to separate small components and make them accessible without removing the entire contents. The relatively lightweight design supports portability while the rigid walls preserve internal shape under load.

Suitable for

• Storing hand tools and small power-tool accessories
• Organizing screws, nuts, bolts and other fasteners
• Carrying parts between job sites or workshop areas
• Use as a compact station on a workbench for maintenance tasks

Key specifications

• Material: impact-resistant plastic
• External dimensions: 320 mm (width) × 275 mm (depth) × 440 mm (height)
• Color: black
• Internal layout: compartments suitable for small parts and accessories
• Closure: secure latch system
• Intended use: tool and small parts storage

How to use

Place the tool box on a stable surface and open the lid by releasing the latch. Arrange tools and fasteners into separate compartments to prevent mixing and to improve retrieval speed. Close the lid until the latch engages to secure contents during transport. For heavier loads, place larger tools at the bottom and small items in the upper compartments to maintain balance and protect fragile components.

Recommendations

Store the box in a dry environment to minimize corrosion risk for metal parts, avoid overloading beyond comfortable lifting capacity, and inspect the latch and hinges periodically to ensure reliable operation.
