Casque Roland 085430

Roland 085430 (RH-200) studio headphones provide clear, accurate monitoring with a comfortable, lightweight design. Closed-back circumaural earcups reduce external noise for focused listening, while 40 mm drivers with neodymium magnets and CCAW voice coils deliver a natural, balanced response across the frequency range. The 3.4 m cable with strain relief and a rotatable earpiece for single-ear monitoring make these wired headphones versatile for studio tracking and general music use.

Advantages

The RH-200 offers precise, neutral sound reproduction useful for evaluating stereo image and low end, thanks to high-quality 40 mm drivers, neodymium magnets and CCAW voice coils. Its closed-back construction provides effective isolation during recording and monitoring sessions. Lightweight construction and comfortable headband/earpieces support long sessions, and a long 3.4 m cable with built-in strain relief enables freedom of movement in the control room.

How to use

Connect the Roland 085430 headphones to your audio interface, mixer or playback device via the wired cable. Position the circumaural earcups over your ears and adjust the headband for a secure, comfortable fit. For single-ear monitoring during sessions, rotate one earpiece up to 180° as needed. Use the long cable to move around the control room without disconnecting, taking care to route the cable to avoid strain.

Recommendations

For accurate mix decisions, listen at moderate levels and compare mixes using reference tracks. Use the closed-back isolation for tracking and when external noise is present; rotate an earpiece for room awareness during recording. Store the headphones in a dry place and avoid sharp bends in the cable to preserve performance and longevity.
