Coffret d'embouts tournevis Wiha 42112

The Wiha 42112 screwdriver bit set contains five Torx T27 bits, each 29 mm long and designed with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) shank. The set is intended for users who need reliable, durable bits for precision fastening tasks and for work with power tools and impact drivers.

Advantages

The multitalented TY bit concept simplifies selection by making the screw shape the only deciding factor: these bits fit both T-shaped and Y-shaped screws. A patented torsion zone allows safe use with power tools and impact drivers while significantly extending service life — up to 120 times longer compared to Wiha standard bits. The fluorescent coating and colour coding make the bits easy to locate, even under UV light, reducing loss and replacement costs.

How to use

Select the Torx T27 Wiha bit from the set and insert the 1/4" shank into the bit holder, ratchet or power driver. Engage the bit with the T27 screw head, apply steady axial pressure and turn at the appropriate speed or torque setting. The torsion zone will absorb peak loads when using impact drivers; avoid side loading that could damage the screw or bit tip. After use, store the bits in their container to keep the fluorescent coating clean and visible.

Recommendations

Use the Wiha 42112 bits with compatible 1/4" bit holders and select a torque setting appropriate for the material and fastener size. Inspect bits regularly for wear and replace if tip deformation is visible to maintain secure engagement and avoid screw damage.
