Connecteur RJ45 Telegärtner J00026A0165

The Telegärtner J00026A0165 is an 8-way RJ45 wire connector in silver finish designed for reliable Ethernet terminations. It is fully shielded and supports conductors from AWG 24 to 27, suitable for both stranded and solid wires. The compact connector measures approximately 11.68 x 18.5 x 6.6 mm and is supplied as a single unit; a separate cable boot must be ordered if needed.

Advantages

Fully shielded design minimizes electromagnetic interference and improves signal integrity in network installations. Compatibility with AWG 24–27 stranded and solid conductors makes the connector versatile for common Ethernet cabling. Its compact dimensions and silver finish provide a reliable, standardized termination for professional and consumer networking equipment.

Suitable for

• Terminating Ethernet cables (8P8C) with AWG 24–27 conductors
• Shielded network installations requiring EMI protection
• Repairs or custom cable assemblies in offices and data cabinets

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket and exposing the pairs to the length recommended for this connector type. Arrange and trim the conductors to the required order, then insert them fully into the RJ45 connector until they reach the contacts. Use the appropriate crimping or termination tool compatible with fully shielded RJ45 connectors to secure the contacts and shielding. Finally, fit a compatible cable boot if strain relief or additional protection is required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this connector with shielded twisted-pair cable of the correct AWG range and ensure proper grounding of the shield. Order a matching cable boot separately when strain relief or environmental protection is needed.
