Enceinte Edifier S1000MKII 120 W

The Edifier S1000MKII 120 W is a compact 2.0 loudspeaker system delivering 120 W RMS power. It combines Class D amplification, DSP digital audio processing and multiple wired and wireless inputs to provide versatile connectivity for music, movies and gaming. The design pairs aluminum drivers and a titanium dome tweeter with classic wooden side panels for a neutral, detailed sound and a refined appearance.

Advantages

Class D amplification increases output power while keeping distortion low for clear playback at high volumes. Bluetooth 5.0 with aptX HD decoding enables wireless transmission of high-resolution audio with improved stability and reduced latency. The titanium dome tweeter reproduces high frequencies up to 40 kHz for a bright and transparent treble. A 5.5-inch aluminum-alloy mid-woofer offers high rigidity and low distortion for accurate mid-bass response. Built-in DSP (TLV320AIC3254) provides precise electronic crossover and dynamic control to reveal sound details. Multiple inputs — optical, coaxial and auxiliary — plus a wireless remote make the system easy to integrate and control.

Suitable for

• Desktop music listening and near-field monitoring
• TV, Blu-ray or streaming audio for movies
• Gaming setups requiring clear, responsive audio
• Wired and wireless connections for computers, phones and media players

How to use

Place the two speakers on a stable surface with the front-facing drivers unobstructed and angled toward the listening position for optimal imaging. Connect source devices via optical, coaxial, or AUX cables, or pair a Bluetooth device using the Bluetooth 5.0 function and aptX HD if supported by the source. Use the built-in controls or the supplied wireless remote to switch inputs, adjust volume and control playback. For best results, allow a short break-in period at moderate volume to let the drivers settle.

Recommendations

For balanced sound, position the speakers at roughly ear height and form an equilateral triangle with the listening position. Prefer wired optical or coaxial connections for the lowest latency when watching video or gaming; use Bluetooth aptX HD for convenient high-quality wireless playback when supported by the source device.
