How to use

Select the drill bit size appropriate for the hole required and insert it into the Dremel tool collet according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Secure the workpiece and use steady, controlled pressure while drilling at recommended speeds for material and bit size. For thin sheet metal or soft metals, start with a slower speed and increase as needed to maintain control and prevent bit wandering.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection and gloves as needed). For best results, clamp small workpieces and ensure the bit is sharp and correctly seated. Avoid excessive force and overheating; allow the bit to cool or use intermittent drilling when working at high speeds.
