Flightcase Roadinger 30110003 contreplaqué noir argent 11 kg

The Roadinger 30110003 Plywood Black Silver flight case is a robust transport solution constructed from layered plywood with protective metal reinforcements. Weighing 11 kg, this case combines a compact profile with strong structural integrity to protect musical instruments, audio-visual equipment and other sensitive gear during transit. The exterior features a black laminated surface and silver hardware that provide impact resistance and a straightforward appearance for professional use.

Advantages

This plywood flight case offers durable protection through reinforced corners and metal edging that absorb shocks and reduce wear. The internal volume and structural rigidity are designed to stabilise contents and minimise movement. Metal latches and handles are engineered for frequent handling and secure closure, while the modular design allows for stacking and integration into standard transport workflows.

How to use

Open the case using the recessed latches and position equipment inside with appropriate internal padding or foam inserts to prevent movement. Close and fasten the metal latches until they click to ensure a secure seal. Use the recessed handles for lifting, distributing weight evenly between two handlers for heavier loads. For stacked transport, align cases so metal edges and corners rest securely without placing excessive weight on hardware.

Recommendations

Inspect latches and hardware regularly for deformation or looseness. Use custom foam inserts or straps to secure irregularly shaped items. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture; store the case in dry conditions to preserve the plywood exterior and metallic components.
