GENEREX Module BACS C20 pour 12Volt 7-600Ah

For operations where a single failed battery can cascade into costly downtime, the GENEREX BACS C20 module shifts battery maintenance from reactive to predictive. Unlike generic voltage loggers, this module integrates directly into the BACS ecosystem to measure cell voltage, internal resistance, and temperature on each 12V block—turning raw data into actionable health trends before a weak cell becomes a critical failure.

Highlights

• Monitors individual 12V lead-acid batteries from 7 to 600 Ah, covering VRLA and flooded types.
• Captures cell voltage, internal resistance, and temperature for early fault detection.
• Communicates over the proprietary BACS bus to a central controller for centralized management.
• Microprocessor-controlled for precise, continuous data acquisition and balancing.
• Powered directly by the monitored battery—no separate power supply needed.

In daily use

Install the C20 directly on each battery block in UPS systems, data centers, or telecom racks. The module continuously samples key parameters and reports deviations that indicate sulfation, dry-out, or thermal stress. Maintenance teams receive clear alarms for over/under voltage, high internal resistance, or over-temperature, allowing them to replace only the batteries that truly need it—extending overall battery life and avoiding unexpected outages.
