Isolation de câble gaine tressée DeLOCK 18925

The DeLOCK 18925 braided fiberglass sleeving is a 2 m long cable insulation sleeve designed to protect cables, wires and electrical tubes from high temperatures, abrasion and dirt. With a maximum expanded diameter of 4 mm and a white finish, the sleeving provides a slim, organised solution for bundling and insulating exposed cables in home or office environments.

Advantages

The fiberglass construction offers heat resistance and mechanical protection while remaining lightweight and flexible. The braided design allows the sleeve to expand slightly for easy installation over small-diameter cables and to conform to irregular shapes. The white colour gives a neat visual appearance and helps keep cable runs looking tidy.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting small electrical wires and cables
• Bundling exposed wiring runs in home or office settings
• Protecting cables from abrasion and dirt in confined spaces

How to use

Slide the braided sleeve over the cable bundle or individual wires, expanding the weave as needed to accommodate the items being protected. Trim the sleeving to the required length with scissors and secure the ends with heat-shrink tubing, cable ties or adhesive tape to prevent fraying. Install the sleeving before connecting connectors when possible to simplify routing.

Recommendations

Do not expose the fiberglass sleeving to open flames or continuous temperatures beyond the material's rated limits; use appropriate protective gloves when handling cut ends to avoid irritation. For secure long-term installations, finish the sleeve ends and verify compatibility with nearby heat sources and connectors.
