Kit de montage Gedore 5803410

The Gedore 5803410 mounting kit is designed for secure attachment of tools and accessories to perforated panels. The kit includes zinc-plated components with a 4 mm diameter that are especially suitable for Gedore screwdrivers featuring a hanging hole. It fits perforated panels with a square perforation pattern of 10 x 38 mm and has a compact profile with a depth of 100 mm, a height of 30 mm and a total weight of 28 g.

Advantages

The zinc-plated finish provides corrosion resistance for workshop environments. The 4 mm diameter and matching geometry ensure compatibility with Gedore screwdrivers that have a hanging hole. The compact dimensions (100 mm depth, 30 mm height) and low weight (28 g) make the kit unobtrusive on perforated panels while providing reliable mounting.

How to use

Insert the mounting kit into a 10 x 38 mm square perforation on the panel and ensure the components sit flush. Hang the Gedore screwdriver by aligning its hanging hole with the Ø 4 mm pin and lower it until it rests securely. Verify that the mounted tool is stable before use.

Recommendations

Use on compatible perforated panels only and avoid overloading a single mounting point; distribute heavy tools across multiple mounts. Inspect the zinc-plated finish periodically and replace the kit if significant corrosion or deformation appears.
