How to use

Place the food item inside a vacuum bag or the included hermetic bowl, close the sealer lid and select the desired function: full vacuum, "only seal" or "soft seal" for fragile products. For liquids or sauces use the appropriate sealing time; the device completes sealing in approximately 6 seconds for dry food and 9 seconds for sauces. Use the marinate function when you want accelerated infusion of flavors, or connect the vacuum tube to the bowl for vacuum bowl operation. Store the appliance with the cord in the built-in cord storage when not in use.

Recommendations
