Miroir d'inspection Bahco 5515T-52

The Bahco 5515T-52 inspection mirror is a handheld tool designed to help inspect confined or hard-to-reach areas. It features a 52 mm diameter round mirror mounted on an adjustable head and an extendable handle that provides variable reach. The tool's lightweight construction and compact mirror profile allow for controlled positioning and clear visibility when examining engine bays, machinery internals, or structural assemblies.

Advantages

The 52 mm mirror offers a balanced field of view suitable for detailed visual checks without excessive bulk. An extendable handle enables access to deep or obstructed spaces while maintaining steady control. The adjustable mirror head allows alignment and angling to inspect surfaces from different perspectives. The tool's construction emphasizes durability and low weight for repeated professional use.

Suitable for

• Automotive inspections and engine compartment checks
• Mechanical maintenance and machinery troubleshooting
• Plumbing, HVAC and behind-panel inspections
• Electrical equipment visual checks in confined spaces
• General workshop and assembly line quality control

Key specifications

• Mirror diameter: 52 mm round glass mirror for clear reflection
• Handle: extendable telescopic handle for variable reach
• Head: adjustable swivel joint for angled viewing
• Weight: lightweight construction for ease of manoeuvring
• Finish: corrosion-resistant components for workshop environments

How to use

Extend the handle to the required length and lock it if the tool has a locking mechanism; position the mirror head and adjust the swivel joint to align the mirror with the inspection area. Hold the handle steady and bring the mirror into view while keeping a safe distance from moving parts or live electrical components. For small or confined spaces, move the mirror slowly to locate the target area and adjust angle until a clear view is achieved.

Recommendations

Clean the mirror surface before each use to maintain optimal visibility. Avoid contact with sharp edges and hot surfaces; allow machinery to cool and power sources to be isolated before inspection. Store the tool in a protective pouch or toolbox to prevent scratching of the mirror and prolong service life.
