Module ventilateur QNAP SP-FAN-BLOWER-A01

The QNAP Fan Module SP-FAN-BLOWER-A01 is a single black blower fan designed to deliver targeted cooling for compatible QNAP NAS models. Intended for use with TVS-x82 and TVS-x82T series systems, this fan module supports consistent airflow at high rotational speed to help maintain stable operating temperatures under sustained workloads. The compact blower form factor directs air precisely across heat-generating components to assist in preventing thermal throttling and prolonging hardware life.

Advantages

This blower fan offers a focused airflow design and a rated rotational speed of approximately 2900 rpm, enabling efficient heat dissipation in confined chassis spaces. The module is supplied in a ready-to-install format for straightforward replacement or upgrade of existing cooling parts. Using a manufacturer-compatible fan module helps preserve system cooling balance and reduces the risk of overheating during intensive data processing or multiple-disk operations.

Suitable for

• QNAP TVS-x82 NAS systems requiring a replacement or spare CPU fan
• Environments with sustained high workloads or heavy I/O activity
• Maintenance tasks where restoring original cooling performance is needed

Key specifications

• Form factor: blower-style fan (directed airflow)
• Color: black
• Approximate speed: 2900 rpm
• Application: CPU / system cooling in compatible NAS chassis
• Mounting: module designed for tool-assisted or tool-free replacement in supported systems

How to use

Power down the NAS and disconnect it from the mains before performing any maintenance. Open the chassis according to the system manual, remove the existing fan module if present, and insert the replacement blower fan in the correct orientation so that airflow is directed across the CPU and related heat sinks. Reconnect the fan connector to the motherboard/cable harness, reassemble the chassis, and power the system back on. Verify fan operation and system temperatures through the NAS management interface or monitoring tools.

Recommendations

Use this fan module as a direct replacement for a worn or failed CPU blower fan in compatible TVS-x82 and TVS-x82T systems. Regularly inspect fans for dust buildup and clean according to the system maintenance schedule. If you hear unusual noise or observe elevated temperatures after installation, power down the device and re-check the mounting and connector seating.
