Multiswitch satellite Megasat 0600151 9 entrées 8 sorties

The Megasat 0600151 Satellite Multiswitch with 9 inputs and 8 outputs is a compact signal distribution device designed for multi-receiver satellite installations. It accepts the required supply voltage in the 90–260 V range with mains frequency 47–63 Hz and routes LNB and terrestrial signals to multiple receivers simultaneously. With a small footprint (151 mm × 215 mm × 50 mm) and a weight of 0.784 kg, the unit is suitable where space is limited while maintaining consistent signal delivery to connected devices.

Advantages

This multiswitch combines a high input count with multiple independent outputs to serve several receivers from common satellite and terrestrial sources. Its wide input voltage range allows use in different regional power systems without additional converters. The compact housing simplifies mounting inside cabinets or utility spaces and reduces cable clutter. Built for stable signal routing, it supports standard satellite distribution setups and helps maintain signal integrity across connections.

How to use

Install the multiswitch in a dry, ventilated location close to the incoming satellite dish and terrestrial antenna cabling. Connect the nine source lines to the designated input connectors, observing polarity and cable type requirements for satellite LNB and terrestrial feeds. Connect up to eight receivers to the output ports using appropriate coaxial cables. Connect the unit to mains power within the specified 90–260 V AC range and confirm that indicator lights or passive checks show correct operation. After connections are made, configure each receiver for the appropriate satellite and transponder settings to receive channels.

Recommendations

Use high-quality, properly shielded coaxial cables and secure F-type connectors to minimize signal loss. Avoid locating the multiswitch in direct sunlight or damp environments. For longer cable runs, consider signal amplification or higher-quality cabling to maintain signal levels; consult an installer for complex multiswitch cascades or large distribution systems.
