Pèse-personne électronique JATA Mod 294K

The JATA Mod 294K is an electronic personal scale designed for home use. It offers a maximum weight capacity of 150 kg and presents weight readings on a clear LCD display. The scale has a slim 5 mm platform and a square shape with a multicolour finish, combining compact dimensions with an easy-to-read interface. Power is supplied by a CR2032 lithium battery, making the unit simple to install and replace without external cords.

Advantages

The scale provides reliable weight measurement up to 150 kg and displays results on a high-contrast LCD for quick reading. Its 5 mm platform and square profile save storage space and allow placement in narrow areas of the bathroom or bedroom. The multicolour design adds a decorative element while remaining unobtrusive. Battery operation ensures portability and avoids cable clutter.

Suitable for

• Home bathrooms and bedrooms where compact, easy-to-store scales are needed
• Users who require a discrete, battery-operated personal scale
• People looking for a flat, square scale that fits small storage spaces

Key specifications

• Type: electronic personal scale
• Shape: square
• Maximum weight capacity: 150 kg
• Display: LCD screen for clear numeric readout
• Platform thickness: 5 mm
• Power supply: CR2032 lithium battery
• Colour: multicolour finish

How to use

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface and ensure it is stable before stepping on. Install a CR2032 lithium battery in the designated compartment according to the polarity markings, then allow the display to initialise. Step onto the centre of the platform with both feet for an accurate reading and remain still until the LCD shows the final value. After use, step off the scale; many electronic scales will power down automatically to conserve the battery.

Recommendations

For accurate measurements, use the scale on a level, hard floor and avoid carpets or uneven surfaces. Replace the CR2032 battery when the display dims or readings become inconsistent. Clean the platform with a soft, slightly damp cloth and do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the scale in water. Store the unit flat in a dry area to protect the slim 5 mm platform and preserve the electronic components.
