Pince à sertir coaxiale DeLOCK 90527

The DeLOCK Coax Crimping Tool 90527 is designed to crimp coaxial connectors of multiple diameters quickly and accurately. The tool features rubberized handles for a secure grip and a compact design that supports precise control during the crimping process.

Advantages

Interchangeable press profile inserts (ratchets) allow selection of the correct crimp profile for different connector sizes. A locking mechanism with seven audible locking positions prevents unintentional closing or opening and opens automatically after the seventh position when the handles are pressed together. The tool’s compact dimensions provide ease of handling in confined spaces.

How to use

Select the appropriate press profile insert (ratchet) for the connector diameter, fit it into the tool, place the connector and cable into the crimp profile, and squeeze the handles evenly until the mechanism completes the crimp. Use the locking mechanism to keep the pliers closed when changing inserts or storing the tool.

Recommendations

For reliable connections, verify the connector type and diameter before crimping, ensure the cable preparation is clean and correctly stripped, and perform a test crimp on a spare connector when changing ratchets.
