Poêle multifonction JATA SF130

The JATA SF130 is a versatile round frying pan with a 30 cm diameter, designed for everyday cooking tasks. Constructed from forged aluminium and finished in black, the pan features a full induction diffuser base for stable heating and a non-stick “Stonite” coating that facilitates cooking and cleaning.

Advantages

The forged aluminium body provides a good strength-to-weight ratio while ensuring efficient heat conduction. The full induction diffuser base allows reliable use on induction hobs and promotes even heat distribution across the cooking surface. The “Stonite” non-stick coating reduces food sticking and makes cleanup faster without the need for excessive oil.

Suitable for

• Frying and sautéing vegetables, meat, and fish
• Preparing omelettes and crepes
• Everyday stovetop cooking on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction hobs

How to use

Preheat the pan on a suitable heat source and use a moderate temperature for most frying and sautéing tasks to preserve the coating.
