Point d'accès sans fil Grandstream GWN7670LR

The Grandstream GWN7670LR wireless access point provides extended Wi‑Fi coverage for business and public environments. Designed for deployment in indoor or sheltered outdoor locations, the unit supports standard 802.11 wireless protocols to connect client devices and integrates with Grandstream network management tools to simplify configuration and monitoring. The GWN7670LR is intended for network expansion or upgrades where longer range and reliable client access are required.

Advantages

The access point delivers extended wireless range and stable connectivity suitable for medium to large coverage areas. Integration with Grandstream management software enables centralized configuration, firmware updates, and monitoring. The unit supports multiple client connections simultaneously and is built to operate in varied indoor and sheltered outdoor environments, reducing the need for additional repeaters or access points in many deployments.

Suitable for

• Office floors and corporate workspaces requiring consistent Wi‑Fi coverage
• Retail stores, restaurants, and public venues with moderate client density
• Temporary event spaces and meeting rooms where extended range is needed
• Network expansion projects to improve coverage in halls, corridors, or outdoor sheltered areas

Key specifications

• Wireless band support compatible with common 802.11 standards for client connectivity
• Designed for extended range coverage in indoor and sheltered outdoor deployments
• Supports multiple concurrent client connections for business environments
• Integration capability with centralized Grandstream management and monitoring tools
• Power options suitable for network installations (POE-capable operation)

How to use

Install the access point at a central location that maximizes line-of-sight to client devices while avoiding large obstructions. Connect the device to the network switch using Ethernet and, if available, enable Power over Ethernet for simplified power delivery. Use Grandstream’s management interface or cloud controller to adopt the access point, apply wireless network profiles, configure SSIDs and security settings, and perform firmware updates. Monitor client sessions and signal metrics via the management tools to validate coverage and adjust placement if needed.

Recommendations

For best performance, mount the unit at an elevated position, maintain a clear radio path to client areas, and use channel planning to reduce interference from nearby networks. Regularly check firmware versions via Grandstream management tools and review client connection statistics to scale deployments or add additional access points where client density or coverage gaps are identified.
