How to use

Before use, select the appropriate abrasive grit for the material and secure sandpaper to the sander according to the manufacturer's fastening method. Ensure the workpiece is stable and wear suitable personal protective equipment, including eye and respiratory protection. Switch the sander on and allow it to reach operating speed, then move it across the surface with even, overlapping passes without applying excessive downward pressure. Periodically check and replace the abrasive as it wears, and empty the dust collection container as needed to maintain airflow and performance.

Recommendations

For best results, start with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for a smooth finish. Use consistent, light pressure and maintain steady motion to avoid creating uneven spots. Regularly clean or replace the dust collection element to preserve suction efficiency and prolong the tool's service life.
