Pospole variante de base 3

For automation engineers who need a compact, reliable interface between field sensors and a Modbus RTU network, the POSPOLE PP-PRS-09423-9005 packs a full mix of digital, analog, and relay I/O into a DIN-rail module that thrives in harsh industrial environments. Unlike basic remote I/O blocks that force you to choose between input types or add external signal conditioners, this unit combines eight configurable digital inputs, four selectable analog inputs, and four relay outputs with 2.5 kV optical isolation on every channel—so you can wire sensors, actuators, and controllers directly without extra hardware.

Highlights

• 8 digital inputs, PNP/NPN configurable for flexible sensor wiring
• 4 analog inputs, individually selectable 0–10 V or 4–20 mA
• 4 relay outputs with NO/NC contacts for direct actuator control
• RS-485 Modbus RTU interface with baud rates up to 115200 bps
• Wide 10–30 V DC supply and -25 °C to +75 °C operating range
• DIN-rail mountable, IP30 ABS enclosure, CE/FCC/RoHS certified

In daily use

Mount the module on a standard 35 mm DIN rail, connect your 24 V DC supply, and wire sensors to the pluggable terminals. The eight digital inputs accept both PNP and NPN signals, so you can mix proximity switches, limit switches, or pushbuttons without rewiring. The four analog inputs can be set via software to read either voltage (0–10 V) or current (4–20 mA), making them ideal for temperature transmitters, pressure sensors, or level probes. Four relay outputs switch up to 2 A loads, giving you direct control of valves, lamps, or small motors. Communication is over RS-485 using Modbus RTU; set the node address and baud rate (9600 to 115200 bps) with the free configuration utility, then poll the module from any PLC, HMI, or SCADA system. LEDs on the front show power, communication activity, and I/O status at a glance, while the <5 ms response time ensures real-time updates for fast processes.
