Insert the desired pasta disc into the press and feed fresh pasta dough through the hopper while the mixer runs at the recommended speed. Use the built-in wire cutter to trim noodles to the desired length. After use, disassemble the parts and remove dough residue using the supplied stainless steel cleaning tool before washing according to the accessory care instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, use well-kneaded pasta dough of appropriate consistency; consult KitchenAid recipes for recommended dough formulations and mixer speeds. Allow extruded pasta to dry briefly on a rack before cooking, and clean discs promptly to prevent dried dough buildup.
