EFB Elektronik PRO-4280GR.G1SV armoire réseau 19 pouces – 42U, 800 x 1000 mm, RAL 7035

The EFB Elektronik PRO-4280GR.G1SV is a 42U freestanding rack designed for general IT and network infrastructure installations. It offers a stable, heavy-duty frame with a maximum load capacity of 1360 kg and an IP20 protection rating against solid objects. The cabinet's dimensions — 1963 mm height, 800 mm width and 1000 mm depth — and standard 19" mounting size accommodate servers, switches, patch panels and other rack-mount equipment while the grey finish integrates into server rooms, telecommunications closets and data center environments.

Advantages

The rack combines high static load capacity and a robust construction to support dense equipment configurations and heavy components while maintaining structural stability. IP20 protection ensures basic safeguarding from contact with internal parts and from larger foreign objects. Its 42U usable height and standard 19" mounting profile allow broad compatibility with rack-mounted devices and accessories. The neutral grey finish and enclosed frame contribute to a professional appearance and organised cabling layout.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and small to medium data centers

How to use

Position the freestanding rack on a level, stable floor and allow clearance for airflow and cable access on all sides. Install 19" mounting rails and fasten them according to the rack unit markings to ensure correct alignment. Mount servers, switches and other equipment using appropriate cage nuts, screws and rails rated for the device weight. Distribute heavy equipment towards the lower part of the rack to maintain a low centre of gravity and improve overall stability. Use cable management accessories and ventilation openings to organise cabling and maintain airflow.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable operation, verify floor load capacity before installing fully loaded racks, secure the rack to the floor or adjacent structures if required by local regulations, and observe the manufacturer’s instructions for equipment mounting and cooling. Maintain clear front and rear access to allow for maintenance and adequate airflow.
