Serre-câble DeLOCK 18799 acier bleu 10 pièces

DeLOCK 18799 stainless steel cable ties with a blue finish provide a durable and compact solution for bundling individual cables, wires and tubes. Each tie measures 400 mm in length and 7.9 mm in width; the pack contains 10 pieces. Made of steel, these cable ties offer high tensile strength, heat resistance and corrosion resistance for reliable long-term use.

Advantages

The steel construction ensures excellent mechanical strength and long-term durability while the blue coating improves visibility and corrosion protection. The self-locking ball lock enables a secure hold without additional fastening components, and the slim profile allows space-saving routing and neat cable management.

Suitable for

• Bundling power and data cables
• Securing tubes and hoses in industrial and workshop environments
• Outdoor and marine applications where corrosion resistance is required
• Permanent or semi-permanent installations requiring high tensile strength

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: DELOCK, MPN 18799, EAN 4043619187997
• Material: Steel
• Colour: Blue
• Length: 400 mm
• Width: 7.9 mm

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the self-locking ball lock and wrap the tie around the bundle, pulling the tail until the desired tightness is reached. For consistent tension and a neat finish, use a compatible stainless steel cable tie installation tool. Trim any excess tail if required and check the bundle for secure fastening.

Recommendations

For best results, select a tie length and width appropriate to the bundle diameter and avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to insulated cables. When used outdoors or in corrosive environments, inspect periodically and replace ties if coating or integrity is compromised.
