Severin HM3820 batteur à main blanc

The Severin HM3820 White hand mixer combines a 300 W motor with a compact, lightweight design for everyday kitchen mixing tasks. Constructed with a durable plastic housing and stainless steel beaters, this hand mixer is designed for basic beating and mixing of batters, creams and dough additions. Its compact footprint (approximately 200 mm wide, 90 mm deep, 140 mm high) and white finish make it suitable for storage in typical kitchen cabinets or on countertop stands when not in use.

Advantages

The 300 W motor delivers consistent power for most domestic mixing needs while keeping energy consumption moderate. Stainless steel beaters resist corrosion and provide effective mixing performance. The plastic housing helps reduce weight and keeps the unit easy to handle during extended use. Its compact dimensions aid storage and portability between food preparation areas.

Suitable for

• Beating egg whites and cream
• Mixing cake batters and pancake mixtures
• Light dough and cookie batter blending
• Everyday household meal preparation tasks

Start at a lower speed to avoid splatter, then increase as needed to reach the desired consistency. Clean the beaters after each use and wipe the housing with a damp cloth; do not immerse the motor unit in water.

Recommendations

For best results, use the hand mixer for batches and recipes suited to a 300 W motor: light to medium-density batters, creams and egg-based mixtures. Avoid prolonged continuous operation at maximum speed to prevent overheating; allow brief rests during extended mixing sessions. Store in a dry place away from direct heat.
