Grosse caisse de marche Stagg MABD-2012 20" x 12" blanche

Marching bands and percussion ensembles need a bass drum that projects deep, resonant lows while withstanding the rigors of outdoor performances and constant transport. The Stagg MABD-2012 delivers exactly that, combining a 20-inch poplar shell with durable hardware and a crisp white wrap finish. Its 12-inch depth produces a focused, punchy tone that anchors the low end of any drumline, while the multi-ply construction ensures structural integrity under high-tension tuning. Whether you're outfitting a school marching band, a drum corps, or a community percussion group, this drum provides the reliability and sound quality you need to keep the beat moving.

Tips

To get the best sound, tune the drum evenly by tightening the tension rods in a star pattern. Use a drum key to make small adjustments and check the pitch at each lug. For outdoor performances, consider using a drum cover to protect the white wrap from prolonged sun exposure. Always store the drum in a dry place to prevent moisture damage to the shell and hardware.
