Surligneur Staedtler Textsurfer Dry vert 128 64-5

The Staedtler Textsurfer Dry Green 128 64-5 is a dry highlighter designed for precise marking and underlining. It has a wooden body that provides a stable, ergonomic grip and a fine felt tip for accurate, well-defined lines. The waterless ink formula prevents smudging on most paper types and dries quickly, allowing immediate handling of documents without transfer or bleed-through. This single-marker pack is compact and convenient for everyday use at school, in the office or at home.

Advantages

The wooden barrel offers comfortable handling and an environmentally familiar material feel while remaining lightweight. The fine tip produces neat, controlled strokes suitable for underlining and marking small text areas without obscuring surrounding content. The dry highlighter technology minimizes ink transfer and staining on adjacent pages, enabling clean double-sided use of documents. The marker’s design supports precise, repeatable results across a variety of standard paper weights.

Suitable for

• Highlighting and underlining in textbooks, notebooks and reports
• Marking important passages in printed study materials
• Annotating documents where smudge-free drying is required
• Office tasks where compact, single-marker solutions are preferred

Key specifications

• Color: Green
• Body material: Wood barrel for a stable grip
• Tip type: Fine felt tip for precise lines
• Ink technology: Dry highlighter formulation for minimal transfer
• Intended use: Paper marking, highlighting and underlining
• Pack size: Single marker

How to use

Remove the cap and hold the marker at a low angle to the paper to achieve a thin, controlled line suitable for underlining or precise highlighting. Glide the tip smoothly along the text at a steady speed; avoid pressing too hard to maintain an even ink flow and prevent tip wear. After use, replace the cap securely to prevent drying of the tip. Use on standard office and study paper; test on non-standard substrates before extended use to confirm compatibility.

Recommendations

Store the marker horizontally or with the tip facing down for short periods to ensure consistent ink delivery. Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For archival or critical documents, verify that the dry highlighter does not affect ink legibility or paper integrity before marking.
