TABLEAU - kit forensique T8u USB 3.0 Bridge

When every byte of evidence must remain pristine, the Tableau T8u Forensic USB 3.0 Bridge delivers uncompromising hardware write-blocking with the speed of USB 3.0. Unlike software-only solutions that can be bypassed or misconfigured, this dedicated forensic bridge physically prevents any write commands from reaching the suspect USB device, ensuring data integrity that stands up in court. Its durable aluminum enclosure and field-upgradable firmware make it a trusted tool for digital investigators worldwide.

Highlights

• Hardware write-blocking: guaranteed read-only access to USB storage devices
• High-speed USB 3.0 interface: transfer rates up to 20 GB/min (333 MB/s)
• Backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices and hosts
• Selectable read/write mode via DIP switch for non-forensic tasks
• LED indicators for power, host activity, device activity, and write-block status
• Durable aluminum housing built for field use
• Includes Tableau TP2 power adapter and USB 3.0 cable

In daily use

Connect the T8u between your forensic workstation and the target USB device. The default write-block mode ensures that no data is altered, even if the host attempts to write. For imaging or analysis, the bridge passes through read commands at full USB 3.0 speed, dramatically reducing acquisition time compared to older USB 2.0 bridges. The clear LED indicators let you confirm write-block status at a glance, while the DIP switch allows switching to read/write mode when needed for non-forensic applications.
