Trousse rigide HERMA 20018

The HERMA A4+ Universal Bag (Hard pencil case HERMA 20018) measures 36 x 28 cm and combines a semi-transparent main body with an orange edged trim and a practical corner zip. Made from sturdy, mesh-reinforced transparent foil (EVA-like material), the pouch offers clear visibility of contents while protecting against dirt, grime and moisture. The resilient, abrasion-resistant construction suits document storage, small devices and everyday stationery needs.

Advantages

The semi-transparent design lets you identify contents quickly without opening the zip, and the reinforced material increases durability and protection. The corner zip provides easy access and secure closure. Available in five colours (orange, blue, yellow, green and red), the bag supports simple colour-coding for subjects, projects or personal items. Size and construction make it suitable for documents up to A4+, tablets, notebooks and writing instruments.

How to use

Place documents, tablets, notebooks or stationery items into the semi-transparent pouch and close the corner zip to secure contents. For tablets or fragile items, centre them to minimise pressure on edges. Use different colours to separate subjects, projects or family members’ belongings for fast retrieval. Clean the outside with a damp cloth and allow to dry; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to reduce colour fading.

Recommendations

Use one colour per subject or project to speed identification and retrieval. Do not overfill beyond A4+ capacity to maintain zip function and material integrity.
