Unité de distribution d'alimentation (PDU) APC Basic Rack PDU 0U beige

The APC Basic Rack 0U Beige PDU provides concentrated power distribution for rack-mounted equipment. Designed to mount in zero U positions, it offers 14 NEMA 5-15R outlets and a fixed 3.6 m power cable to deliver 120 V nominal input to servers, network equipment and other IT devices. Constructed for consistent basic power delivery in data centers and server rooms, the unit is available in a neutral beige finish and carries industry safety certifications for use in commercial environments.

Advantages

This PDU supplies multiple standard NEMA 5-15R receptacles from a single feed, enabling orderly cable management and reduced outlet clutter in dense rack installations. The 0U mounting design attaches to the rack frame without occupying vertical rack units, preserving valuable equipment space. A 3.6 m cable provides flexible placement relative to wall outlets or power sources, and the device meets established safety standards for reliability in continuous IT operation.

Suitable for

• Rack-mounted servers and blade systems requiring multiple 120 V outlets
• Network switches, routers and patch panels in data closets
• Small to medium enterprise server rooms and colocation racks
• Environments where vertical U space must be conserved

Key specifications

How to use

Mount the PDU to the side or rear rails of a compatible equipment rack in a 0U position, securing it with the appropriate fasteners for your rack model. Route the 3.6 m power cable to a dedicated 120 V supply and connect the NEMA 5-15P plug to the outlet. Distribute device power cords to the PDU's 14 NEMA 5-15R outlets, taking care to avoid overloading any single circuit by checking the combined load of connected devices. Maintain clear access to outlets for safe plugging and unplugging and follow site electrical policies when performing installation or maintenance.

Recommendations

Place high-draw devices across multiple PDUs or dedicated circuits to prevent branch circuit overloads, and periodically inspect the cable and connections for signs of wear or loose contacts. Use the PDU in environments within its rated temperature and humidity ranges and follow local electrical codes for grounding and wiring.
