Câble SATA DeLOCK 82481 0,7 m jaune

This DeLOCK SATA cable (0.7 m, yellow) connects internal SATA devices such as SATA hard drives and SATA controllers. It complies with the SATA II specification and supports data transfer rates up to 3 Gbps. Metal clips on the SATA connectors provide additional snap-in retention for a secure connection.

Advantages

The cable supports SATA II speeds up to 3 Gbps and includes metal locking clips to reduce accidental disconnection. Its 0.7 m length offers flexibility for routing inside PC cases, and the yellow color helps with easy identification among internal cables.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal SATA hard drives (HDD/SSD) to motherboards or controllers
• Linking SATA controllers or add-in cards to storage devices
• Use in desktop PC builds and upgrades where a short, visible cable is needed

Key specifications

• Standard: SATA II
• Maximum data transfer rate: up to 3 Gbps
• Length: 0.7 m
• Connector type: straight to straight SATA
• Product colour: yellow
• Locking mechanism: metal clips on connectors

How to use

Align each straight SATA connector with the corresponding SATA port on the drive and motherboard or controller, then push gently until the metal clip engages. To disconnect, press the metal clip to release the latch and pull the connector straight out. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and contact with moving parts like cooling fans.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use the cable within standard ambient temperatures for computer components, avoid excessive bending or pinching of the cable, and ensure connectors are fully seated. Keep the cable clear of power supply cables and cooling fans to prevent interference and mechanical wear.
