Its compact size enables access to tight spaces and precise surface work. The tool’s durable materials and finish are intended to withstand repeated use and maintain edge performance for consistent results.

Suitable for

• Cleaning adhesive residues and sealant overspill
• Deburring and smoothing machined or cut edges
• Fine surface preparation before bonding, painting or finishing

Key specifications

• Type: manual hand scraper for surface treatment
• Weight: approximately 60 g for comfortable handling
• Blade thickness/profile: suited for precise scraping and smoothing
• Construction: durable materials and finish for repeated use
• Size: compact format for access to confined areas and detailed work

How to use

Hold the scraper firmly with a comfortable grip and position the blade against the surface at a shallow angle to the material. Apply steady, controlled strokes away from your body, increasing pressure gradually until the desired amount of material is removed. For best control, use shorter strokes in tight or detailed areas and longer strokes on open surfaces. Inspect the blade edge regularly and replace or re-sharpen if the cutting performance decreases.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. Test the scraper on a small inconspicuous area before working on finished surfaces. When working on soft or delicate materials, reduce pressure and use lighter strokes to avoid surface damage. Store the tool in a dry place to prevent corrosion when not in use.
