Select the appropriate socket for the fastener profile and size, attach it to the 1/4" (6.3 mm) square drive, and apply torque using a compatible ratchet, handle or driver. For recessed Phillips or hex fasteners, ensure the socket seating and orientation are correct before applying force to avoid cam-out. Store sockets in the supplied case after use to keep the set organized and protect the tools.

Recommendations

Use the 1/4" drive sockets for light to medium torque tasks and avoid applying excessive force with impact tools not specified for this set. Keep tools clean and lightly lubricated to maintain function and inspect sockets for wear before use.
