Multiprise Bachmann 8 prises 19''

The Bachmann Outlet 8-way 19'' power extension strip provides eight socket outlets in a compact, rack-friendly form factor designed to organize and distribute mains power in offices, workstations, and home setups. Its 19-inch compatible width and shallow depth allow mounting in standard racks or placement on desks and shelving. With a 1.5 m mains cable and a lightweight construction, the unit is intended for straightforward installation and cable management while offering multiple connection points from a single supply.

Advantages

The unit offers eight individually usable sockets in a space-efficient 19" housing, reducing clutter and centralizing power connections. Its compact dimensions and low weight make it easy to position or mount in confined spaces. The 1.5 m cable provides flexibility in locating the strip relative to the power source, while the robust build is suitable for routine office or home use. The product's dimensions help maintain consistent cable routing and minimize interference with other equipment.

Suitable for

• Server racks and network cabinets with 19" mounting or shelf space
• Office workstations and shared desks for multiple devices
• Home entertainment centers and computer desks
• Workshops and small laboratories requiring centralized power

How to use

Place or mount the extension strip in a suitable location such as a rack, shelf or desk edge ensuring access to the fixed mains outlet. Connect the mains plug to a grounded wall socket. Plug devices into the available outlets while observing the total current draw to avoid overloading a single circuit. Arrange connected cables to prevent strain on sockets and to maintain ventilation around nearby equipment. Regularly inspect the cable and housing for visible damage and avoid placing heavy objects on the strip.

Recommendations

Use the Bachmann Outlet strip to centralize power for multiple low- to moderate-load devices. Do not use the strip for permanently hardwired high-current equipment; check device power ratings and distribute loads across different circuits when necessary. For installations in racks, secure the strip according to the cabinet or shelf manufacturer’s instructions and avoid blocking airflow to heat-producing components.
