Pièce d'adaptation Gardena 1513-20

The GARDENA Adapter Piece 1513-20 creates a permanently pressure-resistant hose connection between an outdoor tap and the GARDENA Connecting Point (Art. No. 2722-20). It is designed for situations where constant pressure is present, for example when an Irrigation Valve or a Water Connector is connected. The adapter accepts taps with 26.5 mm (G 3/4") and 33.3 mm (G 1") threads and fits 19 mm (3/4") hoses; a hose clip is supplied to secure the hose. It can also be used to connect a 19 mm (3/4") connecting pipe to a 25 mm connecting pipe when combined with the GARDENA Connector 25 mm x 1" male thread (Art. No. 2763-20).

Advantages

The adapter provides a permanently pressure-resistant joint suitable for irrigation systems and water connectors, ensuring reliable water flow under continuous pressure. Compatibility with multiple tap thread sizes and 19 mm hoses increases flexibility at connection points. The supplied hose clip secures the hose without additional parts, and the option to use it with a 25 mm connection via a separate GARDENA connector extends its applicability.

Suitable for

• Connecting an outdoor tap (G 3/4" or G 1") to a GARDENA Connecting Point 2722-20
• Permanent pressure applications with an Irrigation Valve or Water Connector attached
• 19 mm (3/4") garden hoses
• Adaptation from 19 mm (3/4") connecting pipe to 25 mm connecting pipe with GARDENA Connector 2763-20

How to use

Screw the Adapter Piece onto the external tap thread (26.5 mm G 3/4" or 33.3 mm G 1") until secure. Insert the 19 mm (3/4") hose over the adapter outlet and fix it with the supplied hose clip to ensure a tight seal. If connecting a 19 mm connecting pipe to a 25 mm connecting pipe, first attach the GARDENA Connector 25 mm x 1" male thread (Art. No. 2763-20) and then fit the Adapter Piece as required. Ensure all threaded and hose connections are tightened before applying water pressure.

Recommendations

Use the Adapter Piece only with compatible tap threads and hose sizes specified. Check connections periodically for leaks and retighten the hose clip if necessary. For connections involving 25 mm pipes, use the specified GARDENA Connector 2763-20 to maintain pressure resistance and correct fit.
